Kathleen E. Scelfo joined Budlong & Scelfo, LLC in 2014. She focuses her practice on family law, representing clients in all aspects of dissolution of marriage and custody actions, including property division, alimony, child support, visitation, relocation, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.
Attorney Scelfo received her Juris Doctorate from Western New England University School of Law, and is licensed to practice before Connecticut’s state courts, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut.
Prior to joining Budlong & Scelfo, LLC, she served as a legal research clerk to the judges of the Superior Court in Hartford and Tolland. Throughout law school, Attorney Scelfo worked as a law clerk at a civil litigation firm in West Hartford, and served as a certified legal intern at the State’s Attorney’s office in the Tolland Judicial District.
She is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, Hartford County Bar Association, and the Western New England University School of Law Alumni Association.
