Attorney Newman practices in family law, including dissolution of marriage, parenting plans, financial support orders and property distribution. She is a certified mediator, specializing in divorce mediation, see With over fifteen years of experience in child protection and family law, Ann is committed to helping couples find the best solutions for their families to their divorce disputes.

Ann graduated from Plymouth State University with a Bachelor of Science in education and received her Master of Science in Physiology from Northeastern University. She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Connecticut, School of law, and is licensed to practice in the state of Connecticut. Attorney Newman is also a certified divorce mediator. Ann is member of the Connecticut Council for Non-Adversarial Divorce, the Connecticut Bar Association and the Hartford County Bar.
